I went to run 3.5km today at bedok resourvior
Great Challenge to me
Aim= 4.2km , yet in the end only 3.5km
Almost fainted the moment i stop running.
I tired to walk the remaining 1.2km to finish the race.
Doing warm up so as to slow the beating of my heart beat
Due to the asmatha that i have , right way of breathing is important to me.
After resting for 15 min , i decided to go home.
Taking Bus , the moment i reach home, immediately , i vomit badly that...
Walking steps by steps home, i quickly rest on the floor.
Truly Thanks GOD for grace and healing that the giddyness has gone.

Today , me and my girlfriend had a great time chatting at starbuck for 2 hrs
Went to tamp mal walk while we cling on each other(haha)
Walk to tamp1 , decided to eat Chicken BBQ

celebrate christmas eve with mum which was boring
christmas on the actual day was awesome to me
go church very early
from 10 to 2pm
was there since 9am

we fellowship like never before

( i think is time to put 2008 behind, means by puting junxiang and johnson behind..2 guys was once i truely loved..many times i told myself to put down yet somehow there a barrier in me..puting somwhow seem so hard.Making myself busy to forget them, yet when i see junxaing, my mouth so hard to open to talk(heart was even hard to open again)

And when i see johnson, i still could communicate with him yet was no longer much like in the past. Heart was ache when he dun talk to me but i have to hide. telling myself that i want to be happy and just treat them as normal friends. so in 2009 . they will be my past tense , and i shall loook forward, hard yet still have to do it.

Sunday mood was sian.In times , whenever i was listen to certain songs or walking through the places we went before, the place where kiss are given to u , the places where we shop, i would start to think of u .

I dont know why , maybe that is what chinese call" huan nian " ba. I dont deny that i dontmiss you yet is just somehow we cant be together. That now , i dont dare to get in any r/s , fear of many thinngs.R./s is a something i would not want to try until i manage to get over it. That may be one of reason that i trying to get my life busy . These months, without you , my life still carry on .

Perhaps , 1 thing that i still struggle is friends around me. I somehow lock myself in 1 world that i dont want much ppl to enter. I felt i m so far distance with her in school. SOmetimes my life in ite becomes boring ,in school, all i could talk with is either evvone , yihong, wilson n teacher. yeT, all we talk aso v limited. Unlike others, wherever they are , always tgt. Sigh !!!

On 24 of oct 2008 , our cell group members went down to jurong west to support our dearest member, JIAQUAN

So fast Gona to be school REpean!
THis 4 wks of Holiday...could say that it was sian in the beginning after that it was busy for the last 2 wks.
I changed cell Group from E403 to N426.
WOW!!!
Cell leader changed from bryna to Raymond
It was quite hard to depart each other but after that we managed to put down.
In this family , It was not easy for me as was quite xin ku in the beginning.
But GOD had HIS reason to put me in this family
Many up and downs happened,it leads me to grow alot esp my maturity in spiritual

Just thought of update that my class went to excursion...
Going there dont seem to be anything excited as i feel that being in class QC seem to be so far from them.
So i was along alone walking , tour the area myself.Suddenly i felt that i being back to square .I not sure why does this happened to me.I felt whether i am in QC , no one will feels my presence.QC is a class that i feel so unknown,I dont seem to know the people there , is a place that i feel mo shen.
So i walked around there myself...then i saw psp place.SO i decided to played since nthing much to do.Afther that Mr jerome came haha..he say that i am good in playing which actually is not.

Recent mood seems abit down especially my own classmates

Spending my time studying at home form 10 to 6 pm...

Couple A been a relationship for nearly a year, they have been pure until gt 1 night , Sam and mary decide to show their love that they went to the hotel to have sexual pleasure..To them that is the way to show their love towards each other.

Couple B has been a relationship for 4 years. They want to honour LORD that they go into pure and holiness . During the four years , they did not kiss until the they married. To them , is not easy , yet they want to go into obedience to LORD.

From here, Nowadays why there are so many people does not go long in relationship, having short term relationship, many people go into divorce.This has become so common nowadays. I want u friends to know that God does not want to see this . Going into pure and righteneous is something we should pursue. Though is not easy , yet this is where we learned to respect each other and protect each other .

Went to market in morning,bought many stuff in the wet market and NTUC

Mum Start ranted in me saying that i am not a good child even call me to be prostitue when i told her that the previous bill i pay..

Though hurt , yet forgive her..as i know that my mum dont mean it and i know that i leave it to HIM that i dont feel hatred..

Try my best to study my accounts yet seem so hard

Finally , i get myself prepare to go church..a place that i love to go

On 25 july, a day where i get closer and connect to GOD

Spending time in HIS embrance is something that money cant buy

Reading HIS word soon become something i am hunger for

After sch, jogging then home..soon fell alseep that Johnson would always say i am a lan zhu as i seem to enjoy sleeping..haha..well

Forcing myself to wake up, i did the prayer list

Having a perpared heart to go to cell group

Unexpected, not much people came yet it came 4 koreans people..

We enjoyed the game of playing early in the moring whom the game master is MICHELLE

Joyce, Michale and Jiaquan kana the 4feet..well i really laughed alot

Worship started, we all were in the presence of LORD

Ariel started to speak , saying that we had to be strong in HIS ways..being the 1 to love and have mercy with people..wanted us to get closer with HIM..WOw

i cry not outside bt inside me

Furthermore, the word which Raymond preached..God is Able

yoz!!recently quite busy going out ,study that hardly have time to update..

updating my cell group bbq at Eugene jia..As for me, i bring 1 fenz which i soo happy .His name is danny , knew him in school..We knew each other when he decided to take num from me which me Shocked..In the Beginning , I was quite stranger to him, wondering why does this guy from the bustop keep looking at my direction, taking the same bus 10 with me, walking the same speed with me to go school.I decided to act blur,that i think ,suppose he buck out the courage to ask me if i m willing to be friends with him.Thinking for a moment,dont mind to have 1 more frenz then 1 more enemies..Right?

After commuicating with him, knowing him better, i soon realise that he also the childern of GOD..Wow..that makes me feel happy ..haha..so it makes me easilier to talk to him, knowing more about what kind of person he was..Then i decided to invite him to my cell bbq, never did i expect that he agreed easily..well so that friday finally arrive , i was late to mit him..as people who know me well, i m always late !!!i know tat is bad, i still trying not to be late..Never did i realise that he was waiting for me for 1 hr .. OmGoodness..Thank GOD that he did nt angry bt forgive me..So we went ..finally we reached to location ..Games started to be the 1st thing..We really had fun as i also keep on entertained him..not wanting to leave him alone..

Hey..It been quite some time for me to update again..nw is earlly in the morning as i force myself to wake up to do abit of my project.

REcently ,before school start i went to work in expo for 4 days, though only that 4 days ,many things happened.

!st i finally cut my sux hair and nw my hair is so damn short yet i like it cause it makes me look better and more confidence. Cutting this hair has cause me spend alot yet i dont mind .Well i always has this teory that "always to something you like when you are young."

During this 4 days, my friends list increased to 3 more which is glenn, han ming and er ge (johnson)..glenn a person that is good to talk to and fun to play with. Hanming is a person that i dont really know what his mind thinking yet i know that he a good friend to be and lastly is johnson (er ge).He is someone that i enjoy to be with and talk with ,although our age grap is 5 yrs yet i feel is alright. I like his care and concern that which i never had before in my previous last 2 relationship..He grow in an enviornment that i feel that no love in it ,which lead to he dont seem to cherish his life.This lead me that i want to encourage him more and give him support more .

During these four days , i learnt alot in promoting brief which people will say eeks ..haha..though is abit disgust yet i feel that so long you have a proper mindset in doin this job it should not be a problem..we have great fun in it, sometime me,han ming n er ge do have our emo preiod that glenn cant ta han about it..

I want speciality thanks my dear friend (desmond) for prepared the marvelous foods to serve us..The foods he prepared inculde seafood sandwich & salmon sandwich.I believed is a nutrious foods that he did..REally appreciates , without the food he prepares , we may have need to spend more $ to buy where food may not be good to us health.

Below is where we play volleyball and some games.we even played in sea which not that sallow .Desmond suggested that each of every guy carried a Girl then we tried to hit the opponent down.Haha..so we tried , xinyi & domonic say i anyhow shetched him..hhaha.

so we all have free cake to eat..as i was eating, chating with 1 jie...that bro junxiang say so late eat will fat then disturb my whole mood in the end i did nt finish after a few bite ...

then after washing up, i went to haf my jing jing time with HIM, seek HIS kingdom of LORD..

hi..today!was quite a tired day..morning went to handle some stuff.
afternoon went to pass my sis spec ,then go to sch...asking for tesimonial yet teacher was advised not to give to student...sad bt have to be xian shi ..so then des get his art stuff.while waiting ,i beginning to zhi lian..hahhah,taking pictures of myself.Xinyi and des then cum my ah ma jia help me to do the ite stuff..then soon we went to eat dinner.

yoz!Friends...juz to update wif yo u guys....recently,my guy came out le,i wad so v v happy .yet ,this is short term happiness.

why do i say so?ever since after christmas,his action has been missin for 1 month...in this 1 month,i had been considering if i should contiue to wait for him.after having a gd chat with jie,i had make a choice.i decide togive up him.I keep prayin to LORD to gif me strength to go thru...praying for him too..I long ago has preparation .

Finally that day that i dun want to c .it came.It happen on 1st of feb nite.As when i was toking on phone with jasnice,he msg me that he gg to trll me something impt.My heart began to beat faster.i could feel something bad going happen. as i reply wad....he replied (that he think thru le,he dun wan this relationship le as he feel focus on him too much)

After looking at this msg....i cry bt stopped for awhile,contiue talking to janice.after i hang...i began to daze at the ceiling for a long time,finally i cry again.after that my friend j call....he wad worry abt me

back here !these few weeks ,i have been sick ,with bad flu an d sore throat..still going to work and church..hahahs..thxs GOD that i could tahan...As when i am sick,a sudden thought came in my mind...thinking of him ..Like will he be able to take care of himself ?with such a weather ...will he be able to go 4 scv?who knows that two days lata ,as i sms him how the scv ,then he say he sae he did nt go..i ask him the reason,,he reply that he is unwell...i was shock when he say that...i concern him ...telling him to rest more..and drink more water...So immediately after my work at night ,i call him to see is he ok...then we chat 4 15min then we hang...

These few wks ,i have been quite busy ...Busy working ...hhahhs...Although i only see him once a week ,yet will continue be there for him...Busy until my leg so pain ..hahhas ..no choice has to work ...1 thing that that i gg share was that last cg ,we have dinner together...As for me ,i playing games with the cgbs and janice too...Partly bcos he was there....wanting to look at him more...so then we eat together ,joyce taking picture ,bryna helping in kitchen ,mellisa cooking chicken ...ooooMeillisa cooks was so awesome ...i cant even cook that...sson we have game again then bro raymond share about his story that touches me deeply

recently ,my mood was nt so gd...whatever i do,seem dun do it well...seem to be so restless...i call to chat with desmond ,it do helps bt nt much.The nxt day(14 nov 2007) ,i wake up earli as i could nt slp..well so juz nice,bryna msg me..abt fasting .I began to chat with her on sms ,then she call my phone so we chat on phone ...i felt better after chating eith her...
on 15 nov 2007 ,i went 4 interview then i went to chalet..mood still quite low..i met my primary sch classmate ,she and her friends were aso gg to chalet so we went together.we reach the chalet ,i almost miss the stop,luckily i saw bel n linyi if nt wo hui mi lu le...!hahhaas..i went chalet then chat with my lao gong A,laopao and my sis..hee...do talk abt about him...then we wait 4 taiya haahhas.finally we gals cook nuggert,fishballs and sstay...ooo nice nice ...some are stolen to eat by we gals ...then those boys went to eat the fried rice le
didnteven wait 4 us....after some time,we hear a scream,all of us thought is ther e is a fire ...who knows is they see i xiao qiang...all of them was frigthened i then help them to get rid of the xiao qiang...it was funny after all ..
after all the tiring day ,we gals the ate our dinner .we then have water bomb activities hahah s,is was so fun.soon ,i cal cheemun to fill a tub of water to pour over me,bel advised me nt do ,however i juz want make myself wet ,this make me feelbetter....A birthday songs was sang ,we ate it ...sooo nice...then we take turns to bathe ,,,yokejin 1st ,xinyi 2nd ,bel 3rd then ME! after all the gals has bathe ,dinah and 1 chat toether ,the others then play game ...hahhas they even eat tibits...they then play sparker ..soo many smoke ,...hahahas
then i went up to balcony ,sitting alone ...looking at the stars ...thinking of him couldnt b able to slp...i juz daze ,while listen to the song that he sent to me..Being alone was so good .then chee mun came out and ask zm i ok?i ans and say to me that i am ok ...Zheng Rui ,randy then yen kang came out and ask ...i didnt except that they came and ask me what happen .I really appreciated that they would me this friend,a normal friend like me.bel ,yokejin and xinyi also concern me .thanks alot! I drink abit of alcohlic from zr hahas...it was nice .i ask yk4 some .he dun wan hahahs..i know that all of our guy friends are rather nt a bad person...he dun encourages ,then began to chat ....slowly he bean to chat with me...i began to be more open to him,then talk about my problems ....we chat about 3 hours ,hantto hahahas he came and ask wheather we finish chating hahhs.After cahting with me,i seem to know yk as another person.I felt even better after chating with him ,now are more cheerful gal...ya ...i did nt sleep the whole night ,sson is another day le.chating with cheemun and hantto ..telling hp nt to drink so much ,he did nt want listen ,asking him to slp he didnt want too.i was angry =(...
then soon all of us left except dinah ang taiya .and malay gals ..hajahahs.we took bus home.immediatey ,i fall alseep after worship GOD for 3 song s then i fall alseep.that day i gt a call that i will be able to start work and i went out with bel and linyi to get the stuff that we want.That day ,i had a bad quarrel with mu mum ,i cry badly .stIll i went to cg after i gt my stuff .i felt so much better to leave it all to HIM ...soon my mum call and i quarrel again then i cry ...i hate the devil ...however .i not gg to give up...i shall continue to seek LORD that i know i will grow spiritual strong .mature christian nad will have my breakthough ....hao le thatall i could update

it was sunday where we have scv..i love it!having the anoiting of holy spirit that came upon me ,i like it..hahhahs...it strengthen me alot..then we haf a great scv with Ulf Ekman,he seems to be so happy ..hee!the whole scv was 3 and 1/2 hrs ,i do enjoy alot=)we even haf enjoy a mimi concert too...we aso have own cg pm at ben anutie jia at 3.3o .the pm was so awesome that the presence of LoRd was so Strong!i love to feel LORD 's presence and in HIS dewelling place.soon i go and watch him playing baskerball.the match was amazing...then i went to his jia..i juz want to pei him abit more...HAving to see his dog..hahahs,he didnt bathe her.his dog seem to so frighten ,haiz he should spent more time to bring her out,i believe this will be better....then ......
we kiss n hug and we together.and hold hands..this really make me cant bear part with him..he and me went supermarket ..wanting to buy somethings to eat ,yet haahahs we dunno wat to eat!he sent me to bustop ,my bus came and we had a kiss b4 i left...i was really miss him that make me want to see him..haiz will try my best to do my o 's too as is a time that i could shine well 4 HIM..kk that alll

On that night,7 of nov 2007...is a unforgetable night for me...that day ,earlly morning i went to belinda 's hse to make jasnie gift...hahahs,although is tiring that i onli slept 3 hrs,however i enjoy!
Then i went to meet him(sm)at tamp mrt station,he was with a cgb together as he has juz discharged from hosiptal...so we went to eat lunch ..(sm) and i eat lunch together ...hahas i gif him alot of rice ,i aso gif him sum portions of fish.he gif me some meat..hahhas...is always in my mind..
so then went to arcade,he likes to play parapara,which is sometimes that is haed 4 me to learn.I was watching him playing,until he is breadthless,wahhahahs,nt young le still so active!so then we went to take a bus to hougang ...Again we went to macdonale with cgb n cgs..haahhs!he treat we all to eat...is a blessing hhahas.As we r eating,we fellowship that i learn alot in him when he (sm)is was having convertation with cgb...then we take a trian to kovan..to celebrate Eugene's birthday...we play card game,wel i dun even noe how to play so i sat beside him n c him play...In the middle,i do learn abit ...then we play baskerball by borrow a ball from a small little boy...after awhile ,joyce they all came...so we all went to welcome..\
Joyce want to gif Eugene a surprise that she went to his room to hang something..haahs that was so funny.Meanwhile,the rest were at downstair,play baskerball together ,i was same grp as him ,yet my baskerball skill was the lousier,still in the grp..we haf a great fun...soon ,joyce gif Eugene a surprise..he was force to wear the funny things at his head..then we take photo...hee..we help him pray n sing birthday song...phew!then we went down play again,then i stopped and went to toilet cool myself down ..i was sweat like mad.we sing birthday songs again with Eugene other friends,we had cake ...too is nice..hahhs
(sm),i went home together...so when we go to hougang and take bus.As we r going to cross the road,we hold hands and cross ...in deep ,i was happy hahhs..we sat together and i slept on his shoulder.I had never had this before,where i wish to continue like this with no end..however ,it happen so fast and short...we tok and i juz lie on his shoulder.i like being with him,slowly i begin to understand him what kind of person he is...To like some1 that loves LORD juz like me ,is nt easy..Previously ,1 guy that i like,he was the main source that makes me lose focus on LORD..i hate that feelings...Wel,back to here,(sm) and i grew closer .Haiz then soon we reach,i was thinking how come so fast reach..sob so then we went seperate ways...

Yesterdae,i went to scv.Ah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Nich came.I was touched with the way he was,He was born without limbs,yet he was not despondant.He was always cheerful ,never tat he blame god why he was born like tat.I was being encouraged and motivate by him.I cry non stop 4 what god has been a wonderful god.Although he did not have limbs yet he rely on god ,he shine well 4 lord in his studies.Nick sae tat lord has greater plans 4 us then we have.So bcos of his trust n believe in god,God has not fail him because of HIS faithfulness...

wa! so long i did nt update le...this whole holiday i have been at hme.to study n aso read the word of god.i have slowly get back to the mood to study le..yay thxs 4 my cell group to pray 4 mix..i was so touch when joyce hug me n tell me to keep on seeking lord tat they r praying 4 mix.I cry with my tears flow down my cheeks.then raymond tok to mix n encourage .i really appreciate tat.I love my cell bro n sis ,they r wonderful ppl.
